Objections to the debt, signature, jurisdiction or service of process have different procedural consequences. The applicable deadline depends on the type of enforcement and the document served.
Attachments and asset measures
Bank accounts, wages, vehicles, real estate and third-party receivables may become subject to attachment. Exemptions and complaints against enforcement measures require separate analysis.
